Apply the fenugreek curd paste to your scalp and leave it for 15 minutes before washing it off with mild shampoo. Fenugreek and curd help in preventing hair fall considerably.
Hair growth rich in protein
To keep a check on your hair fall, your scalp needs to be healthy too. And guess what, the vitamin B in curd, as well as zinc, promotes better and faster hair growth. Your hair follicles also require protein to be strong and healthy and just by adding some curd to your hair care routine, you will be flaunting your strong and shiny hair in no time.
Curd Egg Mask
Whisk one egg until you get a runny texture. To it add the curd and make a smooth paste. Apply this to your hair from roots to tips. Leave this on for 30 minutes and rinse using shampoo and cold water. You can also add 1 tbsp lemon to the paste to mask the smell of the egg. Apply it once a week for better results.
Deep Conditions to Your Hair
Curd is known to hydrate your scalp very well. It rejuvenates your hair follicles and gets rid of that dreaded dryness and dullness, especially during the winter months. It also softens your hair follicles and works as a soothing agent, adding shine to your hair and making it lustrous.

Mash half-ripe banana until no lumps remain and to it add 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp lemon and honey. Mix all the ingredients. Use this blend on your hair and work your way from the roots to the tips. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with your favourite shampoo.
Curd-Olive Hair Mask
Take a small bowl and mix 1 tbsp of olive oil, 3 tbsp of curd and half a tsp of apple cider vinegar. Use this mask, and liberally apply the mixture to the lengths of your hair, avoiding your scalp.
