Recently while scrolling through YouTube, I came across Radhi Devlukia’s “10 Ways to Naturally Detox Your Body Daily”. In this video, she shared some natural ways to subtly detox your body. And one of the ways was to include spices, which she talks about (4:20/8:02). This caught my attention as it was not something I had to purchase from the store. It was easily available in my kitchen and I also knew where it was stored.

So the very next moment, I was in the kitchen making a cup of CCF Tea for myself. While I was enjoying it, I was skimming through a few videos and articles on this miracle tea. One more thing which I piqued my curiosity was the number of benefits CCF Tea provided. And this is what I will be sharing with you all through this blog.

I keep on saying CCF Tea, but What exactly it is?

Well, it is an herbal tea, and as mentioned above, a blend of common spices — coriander, cumin and fennel in equal amounts (1/2–1 teaspoon) in 3–4 cups of water. This healthy drink can easily help you detox and reach your health goal planned for this year.

You must be adding cumin, and coriander to most of the vegetables you cook. But now it’s time to see what benefits cumin and coriander along with fennel have…

How to make CCF Tea?

Things You Need:

  • Cumin seeds — ½–1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds — ½–1 teaspoon
  • Fennel seeds — ½–1 teaspoon
  • Water — 3–4 cups

Boil the water with the seeds in a stainless steel pot over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain it well and your drink is ready. You can also store it in an insulated thermos and sip the tea throughout the day.

HACK: If you are drinking CCF tea daily. You can keep the blend ready to add by mixing 1 cup each of coriander, cumin and fennel in a container. Add 1½ teaspoon of the blend to the boiling water and enjoy. You can also store it in the refrigerator for a healthy refreshing drink for the summer season.

I guess I have shared almost all the necessary information on CCF tea. So what are you guys waiting for? You can have this tea anytime you want. I usually have it around 3–4 pm and sometimes an hour after dinner.
